VB 6.0 PacketX Permission Denied, Workaround or Alternatives?

I tryed to compile a project that had PacketX (an active-x thing that uses winpcap for packet sniffing) and I got a ' Compile error: Permission Denied '.
    Are there any workarounds?

Are there any free alternatives to PacketX so that I can do packet sniffing in VB 6.0?

WOW! When I Googled for PacketX I found many free downloads on it so I question if it is free to download then it should be free to use otherwise what's the point. Are you sure it is the PacketX causing the error; I mean causing it because it doesn't want you to use it not because you might be using it incorrectly or something else.

Yes I am shure it is PacketX.

Project is attached, you may need to get winpcap and PacketX for it to work correctly.

Well then I have to rest my case. It's just not right that this is a free item to download yet restricted from being used; doesn't make any sense to.

Sorry, I can't really deal with your zip file because I can't go to the trouble of getting winpcap and PacketX from where I am at.

Hopefully, someone else may pop in here and be of help.
