Resolved [RESOLVED] Repartitioning my Hard Disk (Again)

    Hi guys,

So I've installed my OS on my PC, using a partitioning SW, I repartitioned my 80GB HD to 10/10/60 GB. My primary partition is on that 10GB. Now my primary partition is getting loaded and I'm running out of disk space. Can I REPARTITION everything again (using a partitioning SW) by getting 10GB from that 60GB without reformatting or reinstalling my OS. This will make my HD partition like this: 20/10/50 GB.

    Thanks in advance.

win xp doesn't have any built-in software for this, but you could try partition magic.

I know that guys. What I'm asking is that if re-partitioning using 'Partition Magic' would be ok, since I've already partitioned it before only to know now that I've partitioned it wrong.

yes it would. Partition magic uses non-destructive partition resizing. However don't expect this task to be fast.

Thank you very much. I'm just worried that complications might occur, i really don't want to format my PC. Thanks again
