[2005] Detect iPod Touch or iPhone connection

Does anyone know how I could detect when an iPod Touch or iPhone is detected, in Visual Basic 2005?

There are ways of determining when a device is connected to a USB port, but to detect a specific device, I believe you'd need to make use of the device drivers.

Nevermind, I figured out that I don't need to detect the device. Please disregard this post.
