Hey jethro: If he put in NZ that's mean Scotland and Kenya and all those nations would have to be put in!
I thought it was a well rounded down question. NZ haven't won crap all! Well anything that is taken seriously anyway!
Meaning World Cup, Test Series, World Series etc
Not saying they arent good but they're still emerging to be one of the best.
Cyberwarpy: C'mon anyone who says Aust isn't the best team in the last decade are total fools!
Look at www.wisden.com

Sorry we don't accept non-official cricket site stats, unless it's to our advantge
Agreed England should be down the bottom where they belong, as Australia will prove in June.

I'm a wingin' pom, and I want to moan about how **** england are at cricket. They should not even bother turning up. Waste of our money sending them to places like Sri Lanka, only to come back with their dicks between their thighs going "oh well, we only lost a little bit". Yes you arsehole, but you still ****ing lost didn't you?? "Oh yeah, well we have this excuse and that excuse oh and someone was a bit poorly blah blah" yes mate, but you're still ****ing **** even when everyone is playing 100%, because you are ****ing ****. ****ter than a ****ing blocked carsey. JUST ****ING ****. "Oh well, you could put it like that".

ok the International Cricket Board(i think it is) rates Wisden as the source for world ratings!
This has best batsmen, bowlers and teams.
Last i heard the best batsman was Gary Kirsten Steve Waugh was 2nd Tendulkar 3rd.
This is based on Current Form!
But the best bastmen ever was Sir Donald Bradman don't bother debating this! Ghost Ryder.
India is rated so lowly because they cannot play good cricket away from home! I don't have statistics but i know they lost against Australia in Australia!
Whomever voted England well lets hope it was a joke!
The ICB is also making a World Series Test Match Fixtures and will have a table apparently 1 season lasts 5 years + or something!

Re: ______________________________
It's almost impossible to beat India on their homeground, because they are so different from other grounds... Also, Indians love bowling spin and batting against spin, anything else would be a weakness for them...

And Kedaman, make that 'a' capital.

Hmmm how do you think Bradman would have faced up to a West Indies four pronged pace attack, he didn't do so well against body line, which was par for the course for the Big Bird et al.
I think Tendulkar and for that matter Lara may be over their best form, too much pressure being put on them by their team mates and followers.
Am getting sick and tired of everyone saying Hayden has come of age....ok did well in India and will rip the Poms to pieces, but the South Africans will sort him out.

I think we should have a poll for the best rugby union playing nation in the world. Maybe then England would be a little higher up...

The fact that there are 5 votes for england is slightly obscure, and probably has something to do with nos. But in a rugby thread we would not attract insults

Jethro:
I agree the Don didn't do to well against the bodyline but as you know that is illegal nowadays! So to put him up against the windies i would still put my money on him!
It is not fair to try and say he is better or worse i suppose!
I mean he cut his career short fighting in WW2, didn't travel via plane but by Boat.
What i'm saying he didn't play as many games as he would now, luxieries he didn't have, didn't play for money etc etc.
I think it's even hard to compare both batsmen!
I retract my comment that Bradman is better the Tensulkar because there are to many differences is them now!
Tendulkar is one of todays best batsmen but i agree he was crap against the aussies and maybe past his expiry date!
