Programming challenges
I think having a separate section for people to post up programming challenges would be really cool. But the challenges should only be able to be posted by people with say 300+ posts, otherwise it would be full of "do my homework" threads.

As in the case of any new section suggestion, a new forum is created when there is a popular demand for it. Until such time, your idea, while good, would need to stay in a more general forum - General Developer, VB.NET, C#, VB6 and so on.

For the most part, all threads are "programming challenges". We do have a Contests forum which is similar to having challenges so for now that is the the best solution.

The idea put by Hellowonn is better,
but as the Robdog said all the forums are having challenging quiz's.
if u like to take a chanllange try to solve all the queries of user...
