post icons.
The forum contains more icons that those on the smilies list. Can we get support code for some of the post icons so we can use them as smilies? I would love to be able to do the checkmark in a post. Something as simple as being able to type would be fine.

Re: post icons.
Martin, just use the "noparse" tags when wanting to post bb codes for displaying of codes and not actually using them.

Quote me to see the code.

i knew i could manually insert it. I've done that before. I just didn't know if it was something you could easily change/add.

Re: post icons.
It also seemed like we needed the thumbs down ( ) linked as a post icon too, so I've added it as well.

And while i'm on the subject, isn't it odd that you can rate in the forum feedback area?

No, not really. If you have a problem with some aspect of using the forums and someone goes out of his/her way to give you good information, you might want to thank them that with a rating.

In addition to what MartinLiss stated - this forum is kept serious like the other forums, so posts are relevant. Relevant posts should have the option of being rated. In forums like Testing and Chit Chat, too many non-relevant posts have a tendency to get rep'd.
