Crystal Reports 10 deployment files - how hard can it be!!
does anyone know where there is a defined list of crystal files thats to be included in a deployment project for vb6 & CR10 app to run on specific OS's?
ive looked high & low for a defined list as the developer help is pretty useless. all im using is the crystal reports viewer. and have the following crviewer.dll craxdrt.dll
reports themselves are connecting to
anyone know what are the other required support files, or a website that tells all??
i need it to run on Xp,2000 and vista
Cheers,
Craig

What are you using for an installer?
Have you tried to install it on a user machine and it failed?

Starting with CR X you now are supossed to package the CR Merge Modules. They will contain everything you need to support your reporting needs.

yeah but we are using Wise Install Master 8.0 as a deployment tool, which cant seem to handle the Merge Modules
we use the merge modules with all our .Net deployments with no probs whatsoever, just the vb6 is a different kettle of fish because of Wise
