[RESOLVED] Meaning of the error
What is this error meaning?
Error : Format of the initialization string does not conform to specification starting at index 33.

Can you show us the line of code where that happens?
Looks like the string format is wrong.

It means that the connection string you have provided when creating your connection is not valid, with the first invalid portion found at character index 33. First up, go to www.connectionstrings.com and make sure you're using the correct format for your provider. If it still doesn't work then post back and tell us what database you're trying to connect to, what provider you're using and exactly what connection string you're using.
In future, please provide a full and clear description of your issue. The fact that you provided the error message is great but it's only so much use if we don't know what you did to get it. Every time you post a question in future you should:
1. Tell us what you're trying to achieve.
2. Tell us how you're trying to achieve it, including relevant code.
3. Tell us what happens when you try, including error messages.
Remember that we know nothing about your project other than what you tell us. If you tell us b*gger all then we haven't got much hope of solving most problems.

Thanks. It seems that there are some errors with my connection strings and it is solved now. Noted about the advice, jim.
