    Hide .EXE FILE

    I have a game online, and have problem with lammers

    the used programs hackers is using game.exe of the game, I was thinking about making one simple ant-hack:

    initiating launcher of the game it copies an archive .bmp and glue as game.exe, initiates game.exe without this game.exe to be seen, therefore he will have been seen, them they copy and they glue in another folder, and they use hack

    copyi this .bmp and to rename for game.exe, and hindering that it seje copied for another place

    this is possible?

    You can not hide a file from the OS, period. Otherwise how would it be able to manage it.

    On a Server yes by using a Group Policy Object but for workstations no. You would be better off just adding in code to setup some program registration. Check out MartinLiss' signature for hte link on A program registration scheme". It shold help in this area.

    it would be complicated...

    I thought about another thing to hinder that they use hack in mine game.exe

    I change the directories of the folder of the game in game.exe

    I use launcher of the game to arrange the folders, if hacker to use hack in game.exe it will go to give an error before the game start

    the problem is… as to have access game.exe and to edit values HEX with VB
