    Extracting Icons from a library

    Does anyone know how to extract the icons from a icon library file (.icl) so i can use the icons for VB forms icons. What i think i need to do is get/build an extractor program to extract the icons into their own .ico file.

    If i can find a program to do this that would be great because i have no idea on how to build the program. Could someone point me to the right program, or tell me how i can get at the icons in vb that would be great.
