Please Help me on LOGIN forms..please

im using dreamweaver ultradev and have created a login page
and if the user logs in succesfully i want it to take him to the next page that has his personal details on it which is
his

Username:
Surname:
Address:
Email:

which is in my sql7 database..my problem is this that

when a user logs in teh first record in teh database is only shown
not the users Record......when i pull out the user login and just leave it as a submit form then it works fine

please help me out i need this really urgently to work
