Cycle of the Moon at Birth

Hi

Just looking for a routine to calculate the day of the cycle of the moon on the day you were born from a DTPicker menu

(I have a biorythm program I wrote a few years ago, and would like to add this new facility - but I am getting rusty now )

The result would be a number from 1 - 29 whole numbers.

Not sure how accurate this would be the further you go back (or forward) in history, but would invite anyone to supply some code for this
