Re: New Google Talk
I have been using it for a while now.
However the gAlwaysIdle plugin doesn't work on the labs edition.
They also need to work on the copy-pasting.
Everything that has a computer in will fail. Everything in your life, from a watch to a car to, you know, a radio, to an iPhone, it will fail if it has a computer in it. They should kill the people who made those things.- 'Woz'

This is call "Lab Edition". It does not include the following essential features
No voice calls or file transfer. But the mostly awaited "Invisible Mode" is there.

I dont like piss on your chips, but its "Labs Edition", not lab edition, semi epic fail.

Re: New Google Talk
Google Talk has had an invisible mode since it first came out, its called right click -> exit
Seriously, why is an invisible mode so important for an app you can simply just sign out of? Why would you want to be invisible and still signed into a service that's sole purpose is to communicate with other people on the same service?

Re: New Google Talk
I suppose it is terrible for a friend to say "Hai" to you through Google Talk.
Maybe I just don't have an issue because I only have a handful of people on my gtalk list. I only give it to people who I actually want to talk to, and of course none of them ever say "Hai" to me while im busy
