Resolved [RESOLVED] XP - Moving/Resizing windows

Just done a fresh install of XP Pro on my system and well the performance of moving windows and other similar tasks like scrolling is well for lack of a better term.. pathetic. It is flashing and real sketchy

I have no idea what could be the problem. I rebooted, tried setting majority of the settings to suit my systems performance etc... but nothing seems to do the trick

    Any ideas/suggestions would be great!

    Yes, usually either:

    1. Display drivers.
    2. Video acceleration level.

    or both.
