    I'm back

I'm back now as user4. All of my other logins seemed to have stopped working. I've noticed that if you try to reset your password on VBForums you get a new temporary password that doesn't work and then your account gets locked when you try to use it and then after a few more password resets I just give up and start a new account. So this is my 4th account on VBForums. Hopefully I will not have to request the password be reset but it is the same password that I have used on all 3 previous accounts so I can only assume it will stop working at some point too. Kind of sucks to be a new user again and have no ratings. I had quite a few ratings under my belt with previous sign ons. If you don't see me again its probably because I had to create a new account or gave up and started using another site.

Perhaps before you log out you might want to post this issue in Forum Feedback?

Oops, I see you're now offline.
Should I anticipate you'll be User5 before too long?

Contact an admin and explain your problem.

    Word of Warning

Turns out it is not possible to reset the password of an account if you use the same e-mail for a second account. So my original account is gone forever, there go 500 posts down the drain.

Not true. I just did it for myself and had no problem whatsoever.

    BTW I moved the thread.

It depends what browser you use. With some, you have to close the browser to end the session, then reopen. Others require that you dump cookies, but the password works immediately, and for 24 hours after the request. Then it expires.
