Unable to debug VB6 project
I have a VB6 project that was developed couple of years before. The application is running fine. When I try to open the project in Visual Studio 6 I get lot of errors. When I try run from Visual Studio I get missing references errors. There are missing refernces like Crystal Reports 9. I believe these errors will disappear if I install the appropriate components. There are some missing prj references. Can you please help me the best way to reslove prj references?
Thank You

Re: Unable to debug VB6 project
Welcome to the forums.
prj is not an extension I'm familiar with in terms of Visual Basic.
The components may be installed on your machine, but the project could have lost a reference which would need to be recreated, or lost a componet from the project component list which would need to be readded.
What, exactly, does the error log say?

Re: Unable to debug VB6 project
Perhaps "prj" is just his abbreviation for project.
If you install CR 9 your reference to CR will no longer be an issue. The other references have disappeared and can be resolved the same way.
Was this project always on your system or have you moved systems or reloaded your system not reinstalling all the projects refernces?
