Are you looking automatic vertical scrolling of those 2 columns? Yes it is JavaScript, and called Ticker Tape (Vertical) or Vertical Scroll Bars with pause etc.

Forgot to mention, you can achieve similar effect using AJAX. Try it out or post your question either in ASP.Net section or HTML section.
