To be quite honest, that Cajun Chicken Salad from Winfield don't look to bad... :drool:

Even though the News Cafe breakfast menu is available 24/7, they still don't server something as nice as that.

But instead of the Ranch, I get Uncle Ralphs Sauce mixed in.
Uncle Ralphs is a semi-sweet, spicy sauce made locally.
