Getting color value

Hi all, i am here again with a new question, does anyone know how can i get the color of another application window, any api for this task, i tried getpixel but the problem is if the window is minimized or not in view then it cant retrieve the color correctly.

Why do you need an API? Have you tried getting a screenshot then checking RGB with a picture editor?
