Unfortunately, yahoo exclaims:

What are the risks involved should I dare to continue?

I wouldn't trust a site dedicated to Macs myself.

But it looks like someone from macobserver.com pasted a link from yahoo search without understanding how a search engine works. They did a search for certain keywords which brought up their result:

http://search.yahoo.com/search;_ylt=...1&meta=vc%3Duk

(If that link doesn't work, go to yahoo.com and search for solver excel macobserver)

Then, if you look at the relevant result (which is first on that page), you'll see the URL looks like this


http://rds.yahoo.com/_ylt=A0geu45cfG...06/27.11.shtml

Similar to what google does to keep track of who is clicking on what links.

The ylt and ylu and EXP are likely timestamps or related to timestamps, and the search-engine-impaired mac copied the link location directly from the search result. Hours later, one of the parameters indicated an expiration on the result, giving you that 410 message.

Seems a bit round-about. Must be a new intern at their office.
