    find another running process

    need help

    Is it possible to find another app just by knowing it's filename?
    I've tried findwindowex and I can do this by placing the app's caption/title
    but the app that i am going to find has a variable caption meaning it
    changes from time to time.

    I only need to get the current caption/title of that app knowing only the filename
