[RESOLVED] Embedding picture in middle of post
Is it possible to attach a jpeg in a way that will show up in the middle of a post instead of at the end? If so, how?

Re: Embedding picture in middle of post
Sure, if you have uploaded an attachment of the image you can simply use the
If you have a image you are wanting to link from some other location or post then you can use the

Re: Embedding picture in middle of post
I can't seem to get this to work right. I went to UserCP => Attachments and put the mouse cursor over the link to the image attachment I want displayed in the middle of the post. The ID shows as 1211503586. So tried to display it using
But it just displays as a link. (See here.) What am I doing wrong?

Re: Embedding picture in middle of post
You want the attachment id and not the dateline.
attachmentid=64284

But can only be used within the same post.
Quote this post to view my code to see how its done.

Re: Embedding picture in middle of post
Perfect, thanks. I didn't realize there were two codes in the statusbar text. I also just realized that I don't have to go to UserCP to hover over the link, but instead can do it directly in the Manage Attachments screen of the post itself.
Thanks again, that's a big help.
