[2008] Resize image - out of memory exception

I have this code

It fails on this line

System.OutOfMemoryException: Out of memory.

What could the problem be?

Don't use GetThumbnail() to resize your images. Here's a better way that isn't as error prone as the GetThumbnail() method is.
