Shopping Cart Systems
I need a shopping cart system developed in PHP and open source. Anyone any recommendations?
I've used OsCommerce But not a big fan!

Zen Cart is similar but considerably better.

@ Dclamp
No point in writing it myself, theres way too many options out there. Reinventing the wheel and all!
@Hack
That requires payment
@Menhak
I've heard some good reports I might give that a go tommorow.
Thanks

Re: Shopping Cart Systems
Let me add my disclaimer. ZenCart is slightly better than OsCommerce, but it does have its own problems too. Make sure you download the UK version if you have such a thing available (memory failing). Also, make sure you use a ZenCart certified host as you may otherwise run into problems. For example, if you use Google Checkout, then you need a server that has an SSL certificate that only Google has approved. Talk about being self righteously arrogant. But I had to find out the hard way. Paypal integration is pretty straightforward. Also, their model of installing add-ons is pretty good, they don't write code that interferes with other modules. Again, google was a problem here, so be a little careful with them.

Thanks Menhak,
In all honesty its not going to be a shopping cart .. well not yet. They want the catalog look and admin of the website. With the option to upgrade very easily to a shopping cart at a later date.
And yes google checkout, I've had many issues!
