Yep, and I've even done you an example :
Code:
Private Declare Function FlashWindow Lib "user32" _
(ByVal hwnd As Long, ByVal bInvert As Long) As Long
Const Invert = 1
Private Sub Timer1_Timer()
FlashWindow Me.hwnd, Invert
End Sub
Place a timer control on the form of a new project & shove the above into the code window. Set the interval of the timer to something like 100 & hit F5 to see how this works

Make sure you have the timer set.
Code:
Private Declare Function FlashWindow Lib "user32" _
(ByVal hwnd As Long, ByVal bInvert As Long) As Long
Const Invert = 1
Private Sub Timer1_Timer()
FlashWindow Me.hwnd, Invert
End Sub
Private Sub Form_Load()
Timer1.Interval = 1000
End Sub
Si.
