    New Computer (so close...)

    A new person is starting at work soon and the boss says to me the other day ..."we'll need to get a new computer in the office. Do you want it and the new person can have yours?" I jumped at the offer which would have been this. A little better than my P4 3GH, 1gig ram machine (which runs fine by the way).

    Unfortunately the boss comes to me today and says he's getting the new machine and the new person is getting his slow, 4 yr old box

    So your boss, who probably only uses the computer to read his email and stare at his screensaver is getting a new com.. and you.. the coder.. don't.....

    yeah that suckz always.

    in my 4 and a half years of work in this current company i work with, I was never assigned with a new PC/Laptop.

    everytime I was told to, I'd decline waaaaah.
