What browser are you using? If you are using IE try firefox, if you are using firefox try IE.
That download requires using a Java or ActiveX based download manager, so your problem may be with that.

Try upgrading to IE7, or use firefox and see if you are able to download it then.

i was able to move forward with Crazy Browser 1.0.5, and the file to be downloaded is VS2008ProEdition90dayTrialENUX1435622.iso but the status is showing error status ( by the download manager applet)

Not really sure what to tell you. Ive never heard of Crazy Browser, so I have no idea what it can and can't do, or if it is the cause of your problem.
If I had to guess, CrazyBrowser is likely just a shell using IEs engine. Why not try a real full blown browser like firefox. The fact that firefox does not support activeX, will likely force the site to use the java based download manager, and you may have better results with that.

Download firefox and give it a try or update to IE7.

This is correct. CrazyBrowser just takes the currently installed IE and wraps some extra features around it.

yes and it works fine.
The webpage does close, but it does so by design. When I click the link to download it, it prompts me to install an ActiveX control. Once I say yes, it brings up a saveas dialog to save the ISO file, and then starts the transfer in the activeX based file transfer window. At that time it closes the webpage.
Perhaps you should try removing the activeX control from IE and redownload.

Well, firefox is not prompting me for anything, it just showed me the saveAs dialog & next, immediately opens the downloaded ISO file (0Kb)

There is something seriously wrong with your system.
Download it somewhere else, burn it to a DVD or copy it to a thumb drive and install at home.
This should really go into General PC.
