I have a lenovo 3000 C100 laptop. From the last evening I can't find the cd/dvd driver on Explorer/My Computer. Only I can see all my partitions and Shared and User document folders.
Once I found that issue, restart the laptop. Then after next bootup the laptop I got the same issue. Again restart the laptop, but that time I don't have luck. I tried it few times but failed.
I can open the tray.
You have any idea for me.

few thing that you can do... (I am assuming that the drive is connected properly and there are no loose connections...)
1) Take a look at the disk Manager by typing diskmngt.msc in the Start>Run box. See if you have a conflict there or try to reorganize the dirve letters/types and reboot.
2) Go to Control Panel>System>Hardware>Device Manager and check if you have a resource conflict. Also check if you can see the CD/DVD Drive installed and if installed what is the name it's showing.. Also check If it is installed, does it have a yellow "!" or red X next to it?
EDIT
If you don't have all the drivers then downlod them from here
In continuation to step 2 above if you see a yellow "!" or red X next to it you can then update the drivers
Hope this helps...

if you have a ! next to the drive in the hardware list, it may be a filter issue caused by burning software. I've seen this a bunch of times. do a google. There's a key you delete.

I found one thing suddenly. I see the yellow color ! sign with the driver in Device Manager. Then I update the driver. After updating it, I can't see it. What can be the issue is....

well if you update and the ! is gone, it fixed that problem. Since it's not showing up anywhere else, have you checked to see if it's showing up in the bios?
