    how do I get a www.dimavaftp.com linked to my IP address? (not redirection)

    do I have to sign up somewhere?

    You need to have a domain name, then use a DNS Service to point the domain name to the IP. If you already have the domain name, you can get the nameservers here(free): http://soa.granitecanyon.com/ I think this place also offers some sort of service: http://www.dyndns.org/
