    iMPORT TABLE AND RENAME DATABASE

    Hi,

    Im using SQL SERVER Express Edition for the first time since I ahve always used Access. But it seems that some tools either are not present or Im missing on something.

    1. I need to import tables from another SQL SERVER same edition but I cant find any feature.

    2. Im trying to rename a database within the Visula Studio of SQL SErver Manager and keeps getting its old name back or else it gets corrupted.

    any now can tell me how to solve this pls

    My advice is don't use Visual Studio - use SQL Server instead.

    You can get the Management Studio program from Microsoft, the download link is in the fourth post of the "SQL Server 2005" thread at the top of this forum.
