remote-controlled program via internet!?

Hey! It is possible to control another computer via internet? expect that MSN (Fjärrstyrning in swedish, dunno english) remote-controlled (think its named that)

Is it possible to make a program or download a freeware?
I want a program so i can control my other computer that is in my mums house! if its possible! =)

There's the Remote Desktop in Windows XP, and the (freeware) VNC which is really good.

Scaleman, i didn't understand ANYTHING what u wrote! my question to you is, *** r u talking about? PC everywere? DegiRev, i understanded you a bit more.. Where to get VNC then? and do it work over internet? also without accepting, if i can make a file in my other computer in autostart, then when computer opening the program open, and then its accepting directly, and that makes so i can control it!

You need to install it on your computer and the other computer that you will be controlling. Then connect to it over the internet and you can control it just as if you were sitting there...

Ok, so if im gonna control my mums computer from my dads house, then if mum have put computer on and sitting there, and i start try control hers computer, do she must accept something?

Using DigiRev's method of VNC, no, but you have to walk her through downloading the application, setting it up, and forwarding the port on the router if she has one.

With logmein.com, all you have to do is pretty much email her the setup file and her computer is added to your account. However, you do need to know her windows username/password which isn't that bad.

Which uses VNC and is a LOT more user friendly as the only thing you need to know is the key that it generates or that they type in.
