Just a thought
Being relatively new here I have often thought it would be nice if resolving threads and rating post's were more obvious, like in the header were it currently shows date and post number.

Requests like that a likely to get you banned. I think I have suggested a new icon for the resolved feature and I know Penagate is working on a new version; so it may be possible

Suggestions dont get your Banned and it doesnt happen very often. 
You can rep from the "Rate" link in the left side info of every post and also the scale icon 
As for the Resolved question, its been discussed before and its just another area of the code that would have to be modified and its generally not done. It makes upgrades more difficult to implement and manage. Using the Thread Tools or manually editing the first post are the only two option currently.
