path works in IE not NS.....really stupid one.....?

I am using personal web server(i know it sucks) but i've never seen this problem before.

I have two pages. page1 has a form with an action of :
action="page2.asp"

both pages are in the same folder.

in IE it calls the page2.asp no problems...
but in NS4.7 it says it can't find the page.

the path to both pages is
c:/inetPub/wwwroot/class/page[number].asp

in the browser address bar you can see the full path.
but once the form is submitted , in NS the /class/ is droped from the path....

what the !#@%!

this is so strange i am clueless.


any suggestions?

i'm retarded.....

somehow i had typed in the path in NS
with a ' \ ' instead of a ' / '
