Looking for an outlook styled slide/accordian menu. Where would I find one?

    Hi all,

I'm in need of an accordian/slide style menu like in Outlook. I don't want to tie the app to Outlook and actually use the outlook menu so I'm after a standalone version.

If anyone could point me in the right direction I'd really appreciate it. I've been trawling the net but no luck as yet.

    Thanks a tonne

    Rob

I'm assuming this Outlook type control would be for us in Vb.NET, correct?

jmcilhinney has a link to a free set of very nice .NET controls, in his signature.

vbAccelerator have some nice controls for VB 6 and .NET, although the site hasn't been updated for a few years.

Yes I was. It was a duplication of the XP Explorer Navigation left hand pane. It was in VB.NET 2003 and I started upgrading it to 2005 but much code needs to be debugged/re-written (and no I didnt use the stupid upgrade wizard lol).

For VB 6 the easiest way to go is with the vbaccelerator project that pg lnked to. For .NET there are several "decent" ones on http://codeproject.com. As long as you stay away from PSC projects you should be fine
