You will have to purchase Adobe Acrobat to create .pdf files. The reader is the only part you get free.

As an alternative to buying Adobe Acrobat if you know anyone with Adobe Photoshop or Pagemaker you will find an utility on the CD called Acrobat Distiller which allows you to create PDF files as well. (you just don't get all the 'features' of the full Acrobat program)

Corel Draw 8.0 allows you to save your work as
Adobe .PDF files too.
