question for users of non english windows

We have a need to do some testing on Windows Server 2003 R2, but the spanish version.

My question is, since I don't speak/read spanish so well, can you actually localize the spanish version to english? It would still work for what we need to test, and it would make it easier to navigate through certain things.

I would imagine if you can do this in Windows client OS, then the same would be true for server OS.

You could try getting a hold of the Multilingual User Interface Pack for Win 2003, so it should be able to change the system locale.
