How can i make a web browser with change ip automatic per time
i want build web browser software same firefox but with change ip automatically per time by Visual basic 6..

If you are making a browser which is a client type app then what IP do you want to change? Browser's do not have IP addresses of their own (if they do then it's more than just a browser app) they connect to other IP addresses.

usa,uk,germany,france,italy ip , i means ip change per 1 minutes or 20 minute or more , same hide ip platenium program,but i want browser.
i need this web browser becoze some site blocked in middle east.then people in middle east can open blocked site by this browser

You are completely on the wrong track I'm afraid, what you are trying to do will not work at all.
Also, this not a topic that we can allow on the forums - it is against our rules (see the Acceptable Use Policy link at the bottom of all VBForums pages), specifically the section which mentions "allow unlawful access".
