    12, unless you're a baker in which case 13

    Are you dealing with time? 11am + 2 hours = 1pm
Ok, so which is heavier, an ounce of lead or an ounce of gold?

They weigh the same. An ounce is a measurement of weight, not volume, when dealing with solids. Similar to the "which weights more, a ton of bricks or a ton of feathers?" Neither. A ton is a ton. 2,000 pounds.

An ounce of gold of course since gold is usually measured in Troy ounces which are heavier than "regular" ounces.

    Re: A riddle for you

Most people would be more willing to carry a pound of gold all the way home than a pound of lead. Thus it follows that gold is pretty and therefore the winner.

I am in full agreement about the prettiness of gold.

well since he didn't put the letters in quotes, the environment will treat them both as the same variant variable with nothing assigned to it, so it will in fact return true and msgbox will be called!

That's the answer. An ounce is an ounce....except in the case of gold which is measured using a different scale.

Yeah, I would expect so. Perhaps a few other valuable metals, as well.

This thread is getting too academic.

Leave it to Foxer to equate alcoholism with academia. He must have went to a Party school.
