Flat Menus

Can anyone explain to me how to create a flat menu such as those used in MS Money. I have found ocx's that will allow me to create all the other basic controls but not the menus. Thanks in advance.

Do you mean the menu like File or Edit? I'm sure you're not but if this is the case just use Menu Editor (It is in Tools Menu of VB; Shortcut Ctrl + E)

Qwerty--or anyone else that reads this--I know how to create menus but my question is how can I make them flat like those found in MS money. An example of how they should look can be found at http://msdn.microsoft.com
Just look at the menus there w/ a browser > or = IE 4.0
That's the look that I'm after.
