[RESOLVED] Office 03 keeps crashing

I dont have a clue why all of a sudden my Office applications (Word mainly) keeps automatically closing for unknown reason....I've tried uninstalling / reinstalling it and used the repair option as well but still no luck...

Laptop is virus / spyware free as well and all drivers are updated....

Any ideas why?

home pc...running xp sp2...never had problems for the past 2 years only occuring for the past month...

Have you made an changes recently? Added new software? Removed old software?

Do you have anything running in the background that checks on current processes?

New softwares? nothing that i think can disrupt the application. Ive looked at the running processes myself and nothing seems unusual...

Also, can you detect any consistency.....as in "after x minutes it closes"

or, does it close itself whenever you perform a specific task?

You said this is mainly Word, so the inference is that it also happens in Excel, Access, etc?

This seems to have done the trick but still not 100% certain if it will stay this way..i wonder why there is a conflict, hmmm....ill inform ya if it crashes again, hopefully not anymore...
