[RESOLVED] Reporting Database Path
I'm currently at the final stage of my project. Im almost done with the
coding part, and the final step is the report section.
Im using VB2005, Crystal Report for vs 2005 and ms access database.
I have created a few reports for my program.
The problem is how do I set the report to read the database since the
location is changing at runtime (depending to the path of program is intalled).
For my program part itself i use the Application.StartupPath to read the access database location.
When i create the reports, i create a new connection for Acces/Excel (DAO) and point it to the access database file (mdb) and also providing the password for the database.
I need help on how to set the report to read from database at different path depending on the runtime.
Will be waiting here,
Thanx............
