Create SETUP file

When i goto create a SETUP file, using the wizard...
i put it on
$(ProgramFiles)\BLA\BLA

and it just says it UN-INSTALLS the file.

If i put it on
$(WinSysPath)\Bla\Bla
it works! but its under Windows\system....

any one know whats wrong or should i re-install the setup wiz?

IF you want the file to install to the application directory you should use

$(AppPath)

I know, i HAVE to pick the Win\sys one
or else it just won't install....
it says Un-installing Installation file.
