Resolved [RESOLVED] How do I give the user an option to exclude a certain report field when printing

    Hi Guys,

I have a field with a date value. The user says that sometimes on printing the report they want the option to remove that value. How can I do this. I am using CR XI and VB6.

Do you mean remove it from the database or remove it from the report?

You can ask user in VB6 and send a formula or a parameter to the report

    thanks for the replies guys,

I have solved the problem using a parameter field and a formula under the fields suppress property.
