can YOU help???

I need some major help!

I need to write or get a script that does the following:
Has people on a network logon w/ their name (and grade) and then it will send who logs on - when - and their grade and when they log off. i need it to send this to a main computer - to a database or a text file (either one)

(also if it is possible i need to be able to close programs on any networked computer and limit the amount of prints each person can do per logon)
also i need it so that they can't do anything until they logon.
note: the server is windows NT and the clients are all windows 98

Any help with be greatly appriciated!!!

Maybe I'm mistaken but does NT server not do this for you.

I would have thought that somewhere in User Manager for Domains you could certainly set print permissions.

And there is an event viewer that will keep track of almost anything that happens on your network.
