    capture / peek network data

    I have to make a web monitor program that monitors every data that has been sent and revived by the pc - can some one explain how that can be done .i.e I don't need code - but i need some search terms [ when google i get comercial apis and other stuff that cost money] or a point to right direction
    I am ready to make drives too
