File not properly registered. Failing installation.
Gents -
Installing an app created in VB5 on an XP machine, my user gets an error message that the MCI32.ocx file is not properly registered. The file is included on the installation disk (MCI32.OC_) and is listed in SETUP.LST as follows:
File16=1,,MCI32.OC_,MCI32.OCX,$(WinSysPath),$(DLLSelfRegister),$(Shared),1/15/1997 23:00:00,192272,5.0.37.14,"","",""
How can I avoid the error?
Thanks!

Re: File not properly registered. Failing installation.
Moved to Application Deployment
What setup and installation package are you using?
