    Resolved [RESOLVED] How can I add subtotal fields from different subreports to get a grand total

    Hi guys,

    I have 6 subreports and I use formulas to get a subtotal on each subreport. I need to add all of the subtotals to get a grand total. How can I do this.

    Create a running total formula that sums and doesnt reset unpon any changing groups etc.

    Hi Robdogg,

    I have a subreport called "execute" for example. Within that subreport I have a formula called "exsub" that calculates the subtotal. I have a main report which contains all these sub reports. How can I reference the subreport formula field in the main report.

    Are you using Crystal Reports? Which version? If you are using Crystal check out "Shared Variables".
