WebBrowsers and PictureBox's as Collections

Can anyone tell me if the a PictureBox and the WebBrowser come under the Control's Collection?

If not, what collection are they under?

the picture box automaticly loads when you start a new project. However, the WebBrowser control loads up if you check the "Microsoft Internet Control" under the "Component"
