It bugs me to see Queries with subjects like "I need help" or "Urgent problem" or "I am going crazy".

A query should have a hint suggesting the topic. I would like to suggest that the first person to see such a query, post a reply like "What the hell are your asking about?: Please give me a clue and I will try to help you"

Knowlegeble people should not reply to queries without a subject that hints at the problem.

I sympathize with beginners who need help, but they should be taught to indicate the nature of their problem.

Nobody knows everything and I like to offer advice, but I do not want to waste time looking at problems outside my area of knowledge.
