my app keeps creating as vb, but i dont want that

Hi guys, when i do:

file > new > website

i select 'asp.net web service'

it creates the project as a vb template, but i want to work with c#

my ide is also set up to start on my prefered c# language, how do i get it to set the project up using c#

When you create new project, just choose the language you want when the dialog opens up.

Its a dropdown selector for the language.
